I have moved several times since living in the Bay Area and this was my worst moving experience by far. The average time to move my apartment is usually 4 hours (including loading and unloading). With this company, it took more than double time to accomplish. To start, the guys they sent were extremely unprofessional. They came in, looked around my apartment, and went downstairs in their truck to call their boss and complain that apartment had too much.
FROUD! It’s never happened in my company. Tell me your confirmation form or date of your move! I personally manage every move and speak to each of my customers.
I had a disappointing experience with Smart People Moving Company. The movers did not seem very experienced and did not handle my furniture with care. They dragged my furniture on the floor, which damaged my sofa. It also felt like they were rushing to get to another appointment instead of taking the time to move my items properly. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

We booked two movers from this company. They sent two most inexperienced movers I’ve ever seen. They damaged several expensive furniture pieces. When complained, they asked me to take pictures and send them, but never responded even after a few follow ups.

Hi, Hiva. My guys came in time, they work fast, hard and with no damages…. and you gave us 1 star review? First of all it’s no fare! And second thing…we are professional moving company, all our guys has minimum 1 year experience. We did everything maximum professional. And you know about it.
I witnessed how the owner of the company humiliated his employees, yelled at them and treated them very incorrectly, it was very unpleasant for me to hear this. Please think twice before accepting a service from such a person.

These movers deserve 10 stars. The scheduling, customer service, efficiency, care of furniture, flexibility with changing our plans last minute were all excellent and exceptional. They even drove across the city to take my couches to my aunt and removed her old ones before going to the junk yard. They kindly offered to even place her pillows nicely on top. They allowed for a last minute detour to my kid’s school to drop off 15 large plants we wanted to donate with no problem.
