The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 15 | 93.8% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 6.3% | |

| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Eric and his crew were on time. They were quick and efficient. They packed and moved my fragile things carefully and nothing was damaged in the move. I would highly recommend Smooth Moves.
Super genuine and professional. They are very quick and efficient and super fair pricing. I recommend them 10/10
Thanks Cree! We look forward to assisting with any future moves you might have.
It doesn't get much better than Smooth Moves. They arrived on time and moved our hoard in the extreme July heat with great attitudes and care. Everything was in great shape when I unpacked and nothing broken. They even moved the piano! Super service! I hope I never move again but if i do, I'll be calling Smooth Moves for sure!
The guys were very nice and took care of my belongings. It didn’t take as long as I expected that it would — they are very fast and efficient. They’re also less expensive than working with the larger moving chains. Will be working with them again the next time I move.
Thanks Audrey, we appreciate the kind words and look forward to assisting you with your next move.
