Please reach out and happy to provide proof! Do not use this company. They scammed my friend and I watched it happen firsthand. His sofa was scheduled for Saturday 9–11am. The truck “broke down,” they rescheduled, then showed up late anyway. They promised delivery in 2–3 hours — 4 hours passed and nothing came. He rescheduled for Sunday. They blamed a parade and still didn’t deliver. He told customer support he had a funeral to attend.
I had completely opposite experiences using them on our couch. The first time about 7 years ago, everything went smoothly and perfectly. Our couch was too large to fit in our doorways so they helped us deconstruct it and get it inside. I was very grateful. Fast forward 7 years to May, 2025 and me calling them again to do the same thing in reverse and move the couch outside for Salvation Army donation. I told them I needed it done by 8:00am. They told me it was fine and no problem.

DO NOT USE! Terrible and disrespectful company. If you are moving a used couch and they damage it? They say “oh well, it was used so who cares if we damage it!” They said the damage was repairable and when I asked them to fix it they went silent! They refused to use moving blankets even though I asked them to. I wouldn’t even be in this situation if they had. They squeezed it through my doorway and didn’t cut it because “it was too time consuming”.
These are not the people you want to call when you are in a pinch. After the delivery men told me my new couch wouldn’t fit through the door even if I removed the frame, I booked these guys to disassemble and reassemble in the desired room. …

Service was great! The “white glove” assembly I got from West Elm weren’t able to get the couch through the door, and they referred me to a super expensive disassembly service. Found this incredible company instead and people were here within a few hours and moved it in at half the price I was originally quoted, no disassembly needed!
