They were late to arrive. They then abandoned property of mine, pricey dog beds (not inexpensive) at the old location that thereafter could not be recovered. And, they were late to arrive at the new location which almost caused a problem in terms of being able to actually use the freight elevator after hours. Once we noticed they were missing I went immediately inquired as to where the dog beds were, and that is how I learned that they were left at the old location.
Driver with the dreadlocks tried to sideswipe my car on to side of road then threatened me multiple times . I know nyc traffic can be tedious and frustrating but this behavior is disgusting. I would not hire this company just a heads up the employees are very confrontational and threatening

While negotiating a rate they screwed me and sold my time slot out from under me. Now I have to scramble last minute. As if moving during covid with a 3 month old isn't enough stress. Thanks Zac, really appreciate the position you put me in. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Like most of you, I scoured online reviews looking for high quality movers at a reasonable price. And that is exactly what I found with Solidarity Movers. Zak and I exchanged several emails making sure my complicated move and list of items was accurate. He was SUPER responsive and kind during what is an emotional and stressful time in my life! The foreman, Mike, was very polite & communicative about arrival times on both days of my move. Mike and his colleagues -- Mike & Claude -- were amazing.

I looked for a looooong time in anticipation of my girlfriend's and my move for a good moving company. I went through all the top sites that google brought up and then went through the exhaustive "lists" that these moving sites had all put together and kept coming up with the same price. Then I found solidarity movers when I searched "Movers in Bushwick," and that's when I got the response I was looking for.

These are the movers you're looking for. I had to make an emergency move with an imminent Blizzard bearing down. Within a few hours of initially contacting Solidarity Movers I had my ideal appointment with backup windows scheduled as they are impressively responsive via email and text. I had to add some additional heavy items to my quote over email and then again during the actual move - Solidarity's personnel were completely understanding and empathetic as well as totally transparent about any additional costs.

The Solidarity team is the BEST. Eugene handled everything for me via email and was super quick in getting back to me with a very reasonable quote - I also really appreciated that I was talking with an actual person right from the beginning rather than getting auto-emails. On my moving day, I was pretty stressed out at first (end of the month, in Brooklyn, during a pandemic...
