I wanted to support a smaller moving company for my move back to California from Austin, but unfortunately many of my belongings arrived completely ruined/broken. My couch arrived wet to the touch with visible stains (likely growing mold on the inside now), my wooden tv stand was moldy and warped, my kitchenware was damaged/broken, my record player didn't turn on anymore, you get the point.
STAY AWAY!!! This is the most unprofessional moving company I've every used. We scheduled our move a month in advance. And also called to confirm a few days before the move. …
called for a quote and was not impressed by the customer service. The woman on the line was abrupt and rude. She was trying to get off the phone so fast.

Joe and his guys were awesome they came on time And got to work immediately. I moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom within the same complex . And added a third stop to my route . Joe was communicative.. Very professional service overall highly recommend!

the crew of Southwest Movers outta Round Rock did a great job. they made sure my furniture was protected and were more than happy to make sure everything was placed where I wanted it at the destination. overall they worked hard and did the job well.
Joe, Jason, and Jose helped me move today and they did a great job. It was a lot of stuff and they were super efficient and friendly. I have moved many times and this was one of the better experiences for me. Highly recommend for your next move!
