In their own words
Do not use this moving company. I they showed up missing a mover; only one spoke English; they did not pack up items with care; a substantial amount of my families belongings were broke during our move because items were not packed with care.
Hi Will, As mentioned on your wife Allison's review we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your move. We will review your case and ensure something like this never happens again. Again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience you faced. The Sow Smooth Movers Team
These guys are good to hire to move a couch and/or big piece of furniture. Only one speaks English, Amadhu. Please save yourself the headache from hiring them to pack and move your house. It will result creating more work and cost you more money, pictures attached: -No rhyme or reason to their packing. They took things from each room and put them together in boxes. Kitchenware thrown in with children’s toys along with glass statues (dining room decor) unwrapped.
Hi Allison, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your move. We understand the importance of a smooth and efficient process, and it's disheartening to hear that we fell short of your expectations. We regret any inconvenience caused by the damage to your belongings.
I used the Sow Smooth to load my belongings into a U-Haul. I didn’t use them for the entire move because I was moving over 2.5hrs away. I hired a different set of movers to unload me. As soon as the unloaders began, I was brought a damaged picture and told that whoever had packed the truck did a terrible job, one of the worst they have seen, stated they couldn’t believe these were professional movers. I asked why they were saying this and they brought me to the back of the truck to show me.
I asked service to move my expensive vending machine, improperly handle and my machine get damaged and some crack! mover are not experienced enough to move heavy item with proper way

In their own words
I recently found someone associated with FIRST CLASS MOVERS. I had and emergency and needed help at the last minute I called the number and the young man called me back immediately and was able to help me in my situation. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND, AND REALLY SAVED ME THAT DAY. They were very hard working and professional. We had a short window of time to get my stuff from storage, and they made it happen at the last minute!! I will be forever greatful.
Hey Melissa! Thank you so much for your feedback and we’re glad you’re happy with your services!!

I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with Sow Smooth Movers. From the moment I contacted them to the completion of my move, their service was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you Gabrielle. It was a pleasure working with you!!!
This crew is hands-down the best moving team I’ve ever worked with. They genuinely care about the things that make your space yours—the curated glass pieces, your art collection, delicate lamps, full audio setups, and even those weird, oversized items that don’t fit neatly into a box. They came prepared for everything. What really stood out, though, was how they showed up for me as a person.
Hello Zoe, Thank you soo much for your review. We appreciate your feedback it means a lot and we are always here for you whenever you need us!!! Thanks, Sow Smooth Movers Team
