Very disappointing experience with Special Force Movers. My final invoice was nearly double the amount I had originally been quoted. I was also charged more than two hours of travel time, despite being told during that period that the crew had stopped for lunch and later that there had been significant traffic. I made substantially the same drive immediately afterward in under an hour, and I requested a detailed explanation of the travel charges.
I used their services, although they moved without any damage, they charge many hidden fees at the end and they force you to leave a 5 star review on the spot at the end otherwise they won't leave, they also force you to give them a tip, there are better alternatives, don't go with these people.

I booked them for a potential move, they didn’t send me an email confirmation nor a contract. I requested one which they later shared. They then asked for a security deposit which I sent, but called an hour later to cancel as plans had changed, and kindly requested a refund since they wouldn’t have prepped anything at this point. Spoke to a nice guy who said they’d refund me but they later sent an email refusing. Oh well.

Movers were quick and professional to work with, but unfortunately small items and several large pieces of furniture were noticeably damaged during the transit/moving process which was disappointing, the move also ended up costing $400 more then what was originally quoted.
The customer service is extremely poor. The representatives do not communicate effectively in English, The drop the calls because they do not understand how to communicate.

Vova and Max helped us with our first move to our new home today. It was amazing to be fully moved in to our house all within the evening. They carefully wrapped our white sofa, dismantled our bed and assembled it in our new room, it was all fantastic! They went through the contract carefully and all costs were as quoted and expected. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Special Force Movers. Sam and Andrew were absolutely fantastic. They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and immediately got to work. I was genuinely amazed at how fast they were, they packed up two separate locations in just over an hour, which far exceeded my expectations. Even more impressive was their strength. They were lifting heavy items that normally require two people, and each of them was handling those items on their own.

We chose this moving company based on their reviews, and I can now understand why they are so highly rated. This was genuinely the smoothest and least stressful move we have ever had. A huge thank you to Ihor, Said, Fero, Vlad, and Dmytro. They were incredibly careful and respectful of our belongings. Everything was meticulously protected- they used a layer of plastic wrap, followed by moving blankets, and then another layer of wrap to secure everything.
