In their own words
They stole ALL of my fiances tools. Broke my dresser and took 9 hours move a empty 2 bed condo, one car garage and 10x15 storage. Everything was packed by us, we moved all electronics, a small standard up freezer was the only appliance. Now we can't do any work on our home because all of our tools have been stolen.
I recently hired Square Cow Movers to move a 2-bedroom apartment into a house just 10 minutes away. The original estimate was 3–5 hours for two movers at $180/hour ($540–$900). However, the move ended up taking almost 8 hours. The movers even had to take 45 minutes (which they deducted from the bill) to go back and get a toolbox they forgot. There was also no floor protection during the move, and many of my light-colored furniture pieces were left with black handprints — some of which I could not fully clean.
We're very sorry that the move didn't go well for you. We always strive to do the very best we can to satisfy our customers. Seems like we fell short on this one. Our sincere apologies.
Worst move ever! LAWSUIT FILED! I'm STILL sleeping on my couch after they charged me $600 to move a one bedroom apartment down the street! The only thing I asked was they put my bed together. They sent a second person after I had to miss a half a day work and the job isn't complete! FRAUD! They also told my son that if left a positive Google review he would enter a contest to win $50 and were pressuring and bullying him into leaving a review.
Someone in the apartment complex a family member of mine belongs to hired this company and blocked her car into her parking spot. After politely asking them to move the truck, they told her no and they would help guide her car out of the parking spot. They mindlessly guided her car into the back of the moving truck shattering her back windshield. She waited 30 minutes for a manager to say it was her fault, even though it is the negligence of the mover that caused the incident.

blocking the bike lane specifically in place to keep riders safe as well as the sidewalk. The house is on the corner. There was plenty of parking on the road that would not have obstructed the flow of bikes or pedestrians.
I'm sorry the crew didn't realize they were in a bike lane. I'm sure if they were made aware of it they would have moved the truck so it wasn't in anyone's way. Here at Square Cow, we strive to make everyone in the neighborhood happy as well as our customers.
Was given a quote and then was charged $900 more. no explanation ... spoke to a manager and was given no reason why. I even asked to split difference and nothing! I would not recommend or trust a quote from them.
We are sorry that your second experience wasn't as pleasant as your first. The reason your bill was higher for your second move was due to two billable jobs running simultaneously instead of one billable job, since the second job was going to two different destinations.
They were very slow and not efficient with their packing. They took brakes very often and were not accounting for the fact that we had to move TODAY. Not tomorrow.

Brandon, Paul, and Jordan were all fantastic today! They had a challenge they didn't expect with a staircase with two 90° turns and more packing than they were expecting. They did what should have been a two day job in one. All three were very kind and pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend working with this company, and especially with these three.
