Don’t waste your time. They never even showed up for a quote. When I called I was told I’ll call you right back, he should be on his way. No show…no return call. If I could give them a zero I definitely would! Moving is stressful enough without dealing with this mess of a company. Don’t waste your time. My first negative review out of many but it was absolutely warranted!

A crew of three showed up on time this past Sunday to move my son out of his apartment. They were very polite and fast at getting the job done while making sure the furniture was wrapped to not get damaged. I will use them again.
We had a wonderful experience with this moving company. They helped us move my daughter out of her apartment, carefully stored her furniture while she was between homes, and then delivered everything once her new college house was ready. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful. Communication was excellent—they always responded right away to any questions or concerns, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier.
My husband & I contacted SSW to handle a job of removing old furniture & misc. containers of junk & trash from about a 1/3 of our basement. We talked to Alex at SSW & he came out for an estimate within a day, sent me an estimate the same day, & they came & picked up everything within a week. Alex was a great coordinator of this whole project.
Omar and Terrance did an excellent job. They showed up on time, wrapped all of our furniture in blankets, carefully loaded and unloaded our things, and were friendly and professional. I was a bit nervous about this move as much of the furniture has been in our family for many years, but it went even better than I had hoped. I would definitely recommend and use again without hesitation.
