In their own words
Brian, who was at the front desk, was very friendly, pleasant, and got me all set up while explaining everything I needed to know. The facility is super clean and the units are easy to get to. It’s modern, lights come on as you walk, and the unit doors work so smoothly, it feels like no effort at all. The location is great, right on Rte 22, in Patterson/Brewster, and last week they started having U-Haul rentals as well, very convenient!
Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Brian and that you found our facility clean and convenient. Your recommendation means a lot to us! If you need anything in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Our experience with this Stack n Stor location has been stellar. Very easy and quick process to reserve a unit online and then complete check in at the location. Very safe, gated property with access to the storage unit area using a key …
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear about your stellar experience and appreciate your kind words about our team, facility, and pricing. We're glad we could provide you with a clean, secure, and accommodating space for your needs.
I'm Marisa's husband John. As usual with the "movers", they always tack on extra money just because they can. (Move safe Vegas). The office tells you one thing etc. We've done this many times before. Thank God for Brian B. The manager bent over backwards and made our moving experience really excellent in the end. He gave us the first floor and they still ( mover, driver) charged us x amount of dollars. But the added convenience of a ground floor, more than made up for it in value for the coming months.
Thank you for sharing your experience, John! We're glad Brian was able to make your move smoother and provide the convenience you needed. We appreciate your recommendation and are happy to have you with us!
Brian is very attentive to the details and explains how the facility operates including hours, maintenance, items available for sale, etc. His presence and smile is welcoming and warm and he goes the extra mile to ensure the carts are distributed at both entrances and walkways are not slippery even though building design did not include gutters so water is always dripping on the entrance walkway.
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that Brian’s attention to detail and welcoming attitude made a positive impact on your experience. We appreciate your kind words and will be sure to share them with him!
