I honestly had such a great experience with Yvette. Moving into a dorm for the first time is already stressful enough, and I had way more stuff than I realized, so I needed a storage unit last minute. I was pretty overwhelmed, but Yvette made everything so easy from the second I walked in. She was super friendly, answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.

We used Statesman Storage to store our child’s belongings between freshman and sophomore year of college, and the whole process was very easy. We were able to get everything set up from out of state, communication was excellent with prompt replies by text, and the price was reasonable. Checkout was just as simple and hassle-free. Indoor, climate controlled environment. Clean, Secure Storage with competitive prices. Super friendly staff who enhance every visit and add another level of security to an already clean/safe location. Location is easy to find and provides a central access for the entire city of Salem. Access to the storage units is from 6am to 8pm every day (longer than similar indoor storage businesses in Salem). There is also staff available each day (9am—6pm).
