In their own words
This is second time moving this piano. On time, quick and courteous. Very organized and thorough with moving, packing and also setting back up my Steinway B Model Concert Grand. Affordable and Very Careful. Highly Recommend and will use again.
Our church purchased a piano from these kind folks. It was at a reasonable price, the piano was a Boston GP-178, and we love it. We are very happy with our piano and we can't think him and us also for giving us a trade-in on our old Yamaha G1. They also tune our Boston for us periodically. And it sounds great! Thanks so much!
Stephen, and later Tim, have tuned my 1930's vintage Vose and Sons piano for many years. Eventually, the crack in the sound board and pin block worsened to the point that it would not hold the tuning for more than a few days. Stephen had been very honest with me along the way and we had discussed repairs. Then, he opened his Steinway store and I went to buy a used piano. A new Essex by Steinway satisfied my desire to excellent sound and quality within a budget. (My granddaughter loves to play it also.
Stephen is an outstanding master technician and an asset for all piano owners in Arkansas. When my wife and I purchased our Steinway - S, he was available for all our questions, some of which I know were not indicative of Steinway knowledge, with just a phone call! My wife and I were both impressed to see Stephen personally deliver our piano and promise to return in several weeks to retune it after it has time to acclimate to the room conditions.
