In their own words
I had a very stressful and unprofessional experience with Sterling Movers. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 AM, but at 9:00 AM I received a call saying their truck had a tire issue and they wouldn’t arrive until 12:00 PM. I clearly explained that I had to be out of my unit by 4:30 PM, so timing was critical. They arrived after 12:00 PM, already putting me behind schedule. During the move, one of the drivers was frequently on his phone and not focused, which slowed the process down even more.
I’ve moved quite a bit and this moving service is probably the worst i’ve ever experienced. They showed up to move my couch to a friends house, and instead of moving it stood around for an hour, removed my door, then my friend and i had to help them get it up the stairs as they couldn’t carry it, and when we asked them to put the furniture they moved out of the way back they said “not my job”.

The worst experience I ever had in my life, unprofessional workers, no planning, not organized at all, they charge premium for nothing, I regret working with them and don't recommend them to an enemy
My advice to you is to avoid hiring them at all costs! They provided a misleading quote, delays in performing the service and had a very bad customer care. A nightmare experience.
