I have used this company twice. The first time was the Etobicoke location and we were very impressed. The owner of the franchise handled our move and he was extremely respectful to us and our things. The SECOND TIME we used the Cambribge location and our experience was much different. The crew was unprofessional and disrespectful FIRST issue they backed into our house. Damaging our home and laughed about it. SECOND issue they took off front door off and laid it flat on the concrete scratching it in several spots.

The movers showed up almost an hour late due to issues with their truck. While the guys themselves were nice and pretty efficient, I was charged $100 more than quoted and the day was extremely stressful from the delay. It caused a ripple effect of challenges at my new place, with the freight elevator booking, and then delaying the next people moving in.

Unfortunately this route seems to be the only way to get any kind of response from this company. I have sent 5 emails (2 to the person who quoted us and specifically said to contact him if we had any issues and 3 to customer service all with no response). We had an in-home quote done estimating 5 hours for a move, which I thought was high since it was minimal amount of items. I expressed this and they said it would likely not take as long and we discussed how we would be reimbursed if it was under the time.
I've used this company 4 times in total. Twice for me and twice for family. The first time for me was done in half the time quoted, the 3 man team was amazing! Even tho a few things got wrecked. For family the guys were amazing as well. However this time was a complete joke! We moved from an apartment to a house, had the elevator booked from 8 to 10, they showed up 30 mins late, after showing them around and what needed to go they said they would be back.

Moved across town recently. They sent the wrong guys/girls to move. were not able to lift furniture and ran into 3 hours extra on time. Busted my 85 " big screen and acted as if nothing happened. Lost shelves for my entertainment centre. My $1500 quote finished at almost $5000. before they left. Consider ittwice before you go with these guys. Received your response. The move was 1700 plus but the new tv purchased was also an additional 2500. repairs to cabinet unkown yet.

I live in a Senior's residence in Cambridge and neighbours across the hall are moving today November 28th 2024. I have been dealing with chest pain and last night was very touch. I have been listening to banging and noise well trying to rest in my apartment, then realized that today my neighbours were moving. I understand that you can't move quietly, but the yelling back and forth from one mover to another, joking, yelling instructions, dropping things, is NOT called for.

This is the second time I have used Two Men And A Truck and my second experience didn't come close to my first experience using this company. I didn't receive the number of wardrobe boxes as promised, a full closet of clothes left behind, a number of other items were not put on the truck, there was no final walk through performed, they did not return to pick up the missed items when I called to advise them that they had left items behind. I was forced to make 3 separate trips on my own to complete my move.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my household items from a single detached house. An itemized list was provided to a staff member who provided me a quote of $1,100 for 7.5 hours. Before the move, a couch, loveseat and queen size mattress which were included in the quote were already gone as well as 3 large televisions. After 3 hours of loading the truck it was full. The Mover asked me if I could move the rest of the stuff myself to which I replied no.

Very professional movers and very efficient with their time management too! I had Tyler and J.P. as my movers and they were very helpful and kept me informed of all details the entire day. This was my first time hiring a moving company and I was more than impressed and happy to have professionals move my furniture this time. I had lots of heavy furniture and delicate items like curio cabinets and they take very good care of all your furniture with lots of thick moving blankets and lots of wrapping too!

I used Two Men and a Truck approximately 10 years ago and was extremely happy with their service. Upfront fees and no hidden cost. I knew exactly what it was going to cost when they completed the job. My basement was getting cluttered and I needed someone to remove the clutter for me as I couldn't do it myself and so I tried to find these guys with no luck until one day I was driving past one of their trucks that had their number on it. Thank goodness. I gave them a call and I had the exact same fantastic service.

My recent move was my first and only experience using a moving company. It was honestly the best service I could have expected for a price that everyone I told replied "Really, that's it"? I phoned a few weeks back and the team over the phone did a house inventory and provided a quote. I booked the move date. I received the confirmation emails, and just like that, I was ready to go. I called the day before my move date just to confirm things were in order, and as expected, they were.

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Two Men and a Truck April 2026. We required a long distance move from the KW region to Manitoulin Island and had our needs effectively accommodated. Harvey provided our initial quote with extremely prompt and professional service. After a brief inspection of our belongings he quoted a sum that was within 5% of what the final cost ended up being.
