Had a storage unit broken into and things stolen and now disheveled. Looking at other storage units, it appears others have been broken into from the bent deadbolts. Horrible customer service, too. Very rude.
Could be a good place. But the old man running the place needs to learn how to talk to people. We went through the gate while it was open to get to our unit following another car. For all he knew we were with that other car. He followed us to our unit and yelled at us telling us "I WILL ESCORT YOU OFF MY PROPERTY OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE" I thought we weren't allowed back. I didn't understand why he was so rude. Like maybe we were banned from the place and didn't kno. I'm like we'll we need to get some stuff.

George needs a lesson on compassion and even just human decency. I came here with my sister-in-law to empty out her father’s storage unit just days after he passed away. As she is his next of kin, she had the unit number and access code (as well as his death certificate) upon our arrival, meaning we had every legal right to be there.

We buy storage units at auction and normally never have issues with other storage facilities but this place is untrustworthy to say the least. I highly recommend you do not use this facility especially if you buy one from auction. They will likely sell it to someone else after it says you won the bid, go through it themselves, you might drive an hour to get there and have them say it's cancelled after you paid the auctions for it, and they will likely be rude on the phone.
Horrid customer service!!!! They were unhelpful and abrasive and downright ridiculous!! I have never witnessed such rudeness and frankly irrational behavior from a business before. Do not rent from here unless you enjoy the danger and instability that comes from working with someone with severe anger issues.

After paying $86 for a 5 x 10 storage unit, I felt that the price was way too high for such a small unit. Then when the monthly rate a being raised to $93 a month for a small unit that’s when I decided to pack up my stuff and go somewhere …
