they made some kind of office clerical mistake to the degree that by the time I realize what had happened, and the gravity of the situation I still have no answers. they cut the lock and sold everything I had in my storage unit which was upwards of $7.5k worth of business equipment for my professional tree care business..

Constantly raise rates, paying over 125% increase from first renting unit. Being charged for a temperature controlled unit that was 99 out 100 times , hotter than outside temperature (summer).very easy to gauge since they have the temperature control mounted inside the building to see temp. . Corporate Management (not onsite management) and contract basically say “oh well, we don’t guarantee temperatures” so you have no recourse. My pictures stored in there were literally stuck together and to glass frames.

The RV storage area at this point is completely unkept. There are derelict vehicles all over. Weeds are overgrown. The fence line had been cut through so that people could access the space uninhibited. That has been repaired. Video Monitoring is really only monitored if you the customer report something. They are vehicles parked entirely outside of the boundaries of their space. There are several spaces where mechanic work is being done on vehicles like it’s their personal shop.

We were told there were bathrooms and heated floors upon reserving our unit. It helped justify the expensive cost of the unit. After I told the lady up front we used an infrared gun to verify the floors weren’t working she still lied claiming they are on. The bathrooms were almost always shut down and the multiple codes given to us almost never worked. We payed the extra fee for water and they changed the locks on it.

Expensive rent, inconsistent rates. It feels like the goal is to nickel and dime tenants. New rules for the lot do not make sense for a storage facility. For instance, they will tag and tow your vehicle if it does not run, even if it is in a spot that is being paid for.

I’ve been a longtime customer since 2011 and I’ve been approached by Bill manager I believe and innocently, mistaken as someone else and i never had a problem with anyone there I will be careful I renting from here because you never know if it will happen to you.

Worst storage facility ever! Run down facility with big pot holes everywhere and expensive for the service! Illegal activity going on all hours

UP Date, After several months this place has turned around we got a new district manager that is really working hard to make this place great again. The staff have been taking care of customer concerns they had the garage door people out to look at the garage doors and take notes of what is needed to fix the doors. Day parking has opened up more.
