My family made arrangements to have a truckload of stuff moved in on a Saturday. When we got to the location there was no one there. No one answered the phone. W had to go to a different storage facility instead. Very unprofessional experience.

Good price point and simple online payment. The manager is very nice, the few times I have spoken to her. I love the 24 hour access. It's painless.
Good deal on units, property is clean, gate is a pain in the rump but it's always open to unit holders via pin pad. Units are well kept and clean.
