What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had a great experience with Storage Solutions of Salem. The storage units are very spacious with high ceilings, which makes a huge difference when storing a lot of items. Everything looks new, well-maintained, and very clean. The entire facility feels secure and very well organized. One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to access the units. The driveway is wide, and the streets around the storage buildings are also very spacious—large enough to easily accommodate even the biggest moving trucks.
Thank you, Docnatin! Your five-star rating means we must be doing something right! We appreciate you choosing Storage Solutions Salem!
I’ve rented out a unit on several occasions for my motorcycles and every time Penny has been extremely helpful and kind, high recommend and for good pricing too!
Thank you for sharing your experience, Qpck! We're so glad we could make you feel welcome and supported. We truly appreciate you choosing Storage Solutions Salem!
All went smoothly until I had to down size to get everything to fit in the new unit. I had all intentions to place empty containers and cardboard in the dumpster but after I finished I saw no dumpsters and had no solution or resources to discard/dispose of it so I had to leave it. I apologized but employee made me feel shamed for leaving it and quite bothered to have to deal with it, not a pleasant experience at all and put a damper on my birthday day.
Thank you for your feedback, Debbie. We're glad your move went smoothly overall, but we're sorry your experience at the end left you feeling disappointed, especially on your birthday. We understand that downsizing can create extra packing materials.
The Storage site was always clean and dry, easily accessible, and the entrance/exit process is very secure. The best part about Storage Solutions is the excellent customer service. Penny G was always accessible, and whenever I had a question, I received a quick response with options of email and phone. It's not always easy in our current social environment to actually speak with a person, so I was impressed and happy that she was so responsive. I highly recommend Storage Solutions Salem!
Thanks, Jana! We're happy to hear you felt well taken care of. Our goal is to make renting a storage unit simple and stress-free, so we're glad we could deliver. We truly appreciate you choosing Storage Solutions Salem!
