Storage Star in Cheyenne is absolutely top‑notch. The entire facility is exceptionally clean and clearly well taken care of. But the biggest Bravo Zulu goes to the manager, Sam. Her bubbly, uplifting personality can turn even the worst day around. She makes the whole experience smooth, friendly, and stress‑free. Love the price and no complaints about the facility except there is only one way in or out which causes a bottleneck sometimes coming or going. Only been to my unit 3 times and twice I've had that issue. My biggest complaint would be that you have to enter your 9 digit gate code to exit the facility. Only storage unit I've ever had I've had to do that. Usually just drive up and it opens automatically.
