In their own words
Having used my unit since November 1999, I can only express my satisfaction with the facility. Since the introduction of coded access, the accessibility has only increased, allowing for greater flexibility with our schedules. The place is always clean (inside and out), well-lit, and heated. The staff, from the manager to the maintenance worker, are always courteous and quick to respond to our requests. If anyone is looking for a storage space, I wholeheartedly recommend StorageMart.
We have always received prompt and courteous service. The staff is attentive to its customers. Great company!
Very happy with my StorageMart experience! I initially called in to arrange for my rental. Their phone customer service was very courteous, competent and accurate. The on-site reception took over seamlessly from the central customer service. The storage unit I received was very clean, and included a ceiling-mounted light. the size was quite big for my needs, and very tall, so it could fit even large or tall objects like skis, canoes, anything.

A huge thank you to Caroline for her invaluable help at reception this Saturday! She gave us a warm welcome and listened attentively to our situation, as we had lost the key to our locker. After discussing it, and despite not yet having received training on lock opening, she tried using the buffer and, like a true professional, managed to open our locker. Her efficiency and kindness really made all the difference. We thank her again and highly recommend her!
