Has changed owners or management group 2 times in last year and we had to have insurance on the units that increased the price that has went up at least 4-5 times in the last few years I’ve been doing business with them. The unit it self it fine for what it is but a lot of logistics that are time consuming prob wouldn’t recommend and prob moving my stuff out soon!! Can’t get anyone to call me back as well just saying!!!!
Chris, We are sorry to hear about your experience. We are now managing this facility and have made investments into the office and construction is almost done to have the offices opened back up during business hours with live managers … More
This company is now managed by Copper Storage which outsources most of its customer service functions to another country. Everything now must be done online and the main office is now closed. There was a 20% price hike - which I wouldn't have minded if there were still an actual staff left there to run the place (eye roll). Please rent here now with caution.
Hi, We have reviewed our account and we are unable to find a tenant with the account name RJW. We took over management on March 13th. A Welcome Letter was sent via … More
Be wary of pricing increases. Moving out because I pay $95 a month (plus mandatory insurance) for a 5x10 when it’s currently advertised at this location for $21. But the tech is great, the location is secure, and the virtual manager system is incredible helpful
Hi Catherine. We understand how frustrating rate changes can feel, and we would appreciate the chance to speak with you directly so we can review your account together. Rate adjustments are made based on market conditions and to ensure we can continue maintaining a secure, well-kept facility.
Apparently they will let anyone NOT on the account freeze it so you cannot access your own belongings. I wouldn't recommend them and will never use them again.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Hi Edgard! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so glad our SMART storage model and Virtual Manager were able to make this move a breeze. Let us know if you need anything!
The virtual manager, D’Licia, was simply amazing. It shook me a little bit initially when she popped on the screen virtually within seconds of my entrance in store but we had a good laugh about it, as she calmed my nerve 😊. D’Licia’s customer care was nothing short of phenomenal making the process quick and easy. Definitely recommend!
