In their own words
Called one of the owners Dianne and she was hostile and defensive regarding her teams work . They fastenen the washer to the floor but did not connect the drain, hot or cold water but they unhooked it in the old house so what they do vs dont do is a mystery to me. Said I should have hired a plumber. IF you can't connect it then dont disconnect it. Then the removed the stands from the TV's and again said it was not their jobbut they removed the stands.
Hello Lowey, I respectively ask that you delete this review as you reviewed a service I do not provide. My company delivers, moves and picks up portable storage containers. I do not offer moving services that you described. Thank you very much.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

David Taylor was very prompt, professional, cordial, helpful & informative. He safely and easily placed the storage container exactly where I needed it to be located. He was friendly & engaging, answering my questions and even making suggestions. I am very satisfied! I can’t wait to begin my project and move my garage contents temporarily for storage until my project is completed. Very pleased! Highly recommend David Taylor & Jim! Thank you for making this process smooth & easy & quick Jim!!

Hello Harold, I am glad to know you were please with our service and hope you are enjoying your new home. It was a pleasure working with you as you were one of the most planful and best communicators we have worked with. Thanks, Jim
Stor square is the best way to move. It was easy to load at my convenience, and when I was ready to move they took it to my new house quickly, and I could unload at my convenience. David Taylor is an awesome Delivery Technician. He was very efficient, thoughtful enough to be careful of my lawn, and kind enough to be watchful around my dogs. What a sweet person.
I have used other moving container systems in the past. STORsquare is superior in several ways. First, there drop-off and pick-up can be made in a tight or constricted area. Other systems needed three or more feet of level surface on either side, etc. So, for people in urban areas or those with confined driveways, STORsquare is your best option. Second, STORsquare containers are all metal. The roof, sides, and floor are sturdy and tight. The access doors are hinged heavy gage metal.
Thank you Leslie for your compliments. You have a beautiful home and I am glad we were able to assist you during your move.
