They don't work with you when you need help! And they won't tell you when they sell the units so you can try to buy them! My daughter lost 15 years of her daughter's items and memories and when we called to work it out, they were very rude and hateful!

GREAT people to work with. I needed a short term solution to moving some things for my business and they were there to help. The office staff were knowledgeable and friendly, even the maintenance crew were nice. Friends have been there for a while and recommended highly. It is nice having 24 hr access, with a drive up to unit. Makes loading and unloading a breeze. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Although I have never had a need to use a storage facility, these are great people, and I would do business with them in a heartbeat. FedEx kept delivering packages that were meant for me to their facilities out of the kindness of their hearts, they made every effort to get in touch with me and at one point even delivered a package to me. I would highly recommend this business if you were looking for a storage facility.

(More of a 4.5 star rating than just a 4!) My particular unit cost $139/month with just a $20 deposit. I'm really liking this facility and love the extra layer of protection with the security gate. The only issue I had was trying to find it. It's a smaller type facility and a little difficult to navigate, but I'm glad I was able to.
