Truck broke down and set my move 3 hrs behind schedule. The manager was getting upset with the workers over the phone about it when it was not under their control at all. They said he wouldn’t let them take the new truck and the one the manager had them used broke down as soon as they parked at my condo. The manager didn’t have the truck moved until the next morning and my neighbors were upset because their cars were blocked in.
This lady was another nightmare. The move went fine besides the truck breaking down. It didn't change anything by 3 hours however. I had a new truck there in less than an hour and we cross loaded everything into that truck in about another hour. The customer was obviously not charged for this time.
Added more fees, charged me travel time back that he did not mention. Tried stealing my stuff and what not. Verbally harassed me with so many cuss words. I highly recommend you do not do business with this company. The owner even tried to say he’ll steal my stuff. They don’t nice you up front pricing. They have hidden fees and charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ROBERT REYES. HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO HIS CUSTOMERS AND HE WILL THREATEN YOU!!
Lol. None of this is true as you can see from the other reviews. This guy tried to get us to work for free and we weren't having it. No one ever said they would steal your stuff but what leverage does a moving company have if you won't pay your bill?
Had a vary bad experience with this company fist crew got here late truck had a oil leak which got on my drive way they all smelled like marijuana the owner it’s very disrespectful Just a very bad experience will not recommend this company to anyone stay away from John and Nick

Straight Path Moving was one of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had. When I booked the move, I was told pricing was straightforward and everything was included. Halfway through the move, after much of my furniture had already been wrapped, I was suddenly informed that I would be charged $20 for every moving blanket used because the destination was a storage unit. This was never disclosed during booking. At that point, I was given the choice to either pay for the blankets or have my belongings unwrapped.
I explained very clearly the pricing. If you think you're going to take my moving blankets and just keep them for free then you don't know how anything works. On a move where you're not going to keep the blankets, obviously you wouldn't be charged but I can't let you keep my supplies for free and…
Unfortunately, I was deceived by the moving company. Only told that I would be charged just to move in one direction. $139 and after the move completed was added an additional 3.5 hrs of time. So, I ended up paying $1200 when the original quote was $750. Ask alot of questions. Take your business elsewhere. Though, the workers did a great job. Don’t be deceived by lack of information. Don’t do business with Robert Reyes.
No one told you you would be charged to move One direction and no one deceived you. We charge all drive time. Aka, for anyone reading this, that is the drive time to you, between locations, and back!
They complied with the service, but they charged 1 Hour and 15 mins for each trip making the bill increase incredibly and all because I said that I had a Groupon, a company with a lot of potential, thanks to its employees, but things like that leave a lot to think when it had already been talked about by phone that with the Groupon the travel time was covered.
I'm sorry if you misunderstood something but we're very clear. The Groupon gets you one hour off. We are very clear that we charge drive time to and from each job. If we have to travel an hour and 15 minutes to you, and an hour and 15 minutes back, to work for 1 hour, that's a 3 1/2 hour job.
I find this company very unprofessional. My furniture was not handled with care. No uniform so I was skeptical if they even worked there because they did not look like it and felt very uncomfortable with one man always looking at me. Won't be calling this company again.
We have no records of moving anyone by this name. Do you have a picture of the receipt or the guys working or the trucks or anything?

We used Straight Paths Moving for our office move this past weekend. Not only were they PROMPT and COURTEOUS, but they assisted in throwing away things we couldn't carry to the next office (read: desks). When we got to the new office, they even helped put shelving units together. This team TRULY went above and BEYOND our expectations. What's more is that this was done at a very reasonable price! I just hired these gentlemen to move a heavy, disassembled item from a storage unit to transport facility in Orlando. Move went great, price was fair (for 2 movers and the truck size I used, it was a very reasonable $115 per hour with a 2 hr minimum), and communication was easy. The bonus was, after having to cancel on them for an initial request because the seller thought he found a different buyer, I was able to set another appointment with super short notice and these movers pulled through!

They moved our 4 bedroom home locally with white glove delivery. 4 men came the day prior to pack everything and they were fast and efficient. The next day they packed for another few hours then loaded the truck and unloaded and assembled my furniture until about 10pm. They did that with happy smiling faces. They were courteous and polite and didn’t break anything! The price was very good and I highly recommend their services! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Robert doesn’t waste time with paperwork.
