DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THIS COMPANY FAILED TO SHOW UP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED, ORLANDO SENT THEM TO WRONG ADRESS ..AND NO ONE ELSE WAS AVAILABLE OVER HOLIDAY....I paid weeks ago ..gave him my address, called last week to say that I got a house closer than the original move, and it was supposed to be raining Sunday, the day of move, told him to text me if rain DID STOP FOR forecast in Grafton by Saturday night.
Ms. Stephanie I’m glad you wrote this review. It shows the disrespect that you gave to me over the phone when you finally called me back 3 hours after your scheduled move time. We could not come back after we waited over a hour and a half with no response via phone and email.
I had booked them for August 1 st move, at first their driver had gotten into an accident due to which my 9 am move was pushed ahead, they arranged a second truck to come at 12pm which did not come due to some other reason and finally at 8 pm they call me to schedule the move for the next day. What is the use of booking in advance if the move gets cancelled at last moment.
Good afternoon, I’m sorry that you feel like our phone conversation did not go according to your expectations when we spoke we explained we already had someone on the schedule for 9 AM and if we were able to squeeze you in, we would call you.
Did not uphold agreed upon size of truck, nor able to move items that were agreed upon prior. No discounts for not doing job agreed upon. Had to get another truck the next weekend and had to have another company move the furniture which defeats the purpose of paying almost 3k to get it all done in one day. If I knew this was going to happen I would've just moved it myself and the professional movers first, which would save me thousands. Wouldn't recommend.
Hello Dana , We have not moved a client name Dana. We have not had any clients that we were unable to move items agreed upon, we also have not had a client pay a amount near $3000. I’m not sure what company you used.
THIS WAS A RIP OFF!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY DID NOT RUN DOWN ALL TERMS WITH ME AND THEY WAS VERY OVERPRICED! THEY CAME UNDER STAFFED AND TOOK A VERY LONG TIME FINISHING THE JOB... THEY HAD A NONREFUNDABLE POLICY THAT WAS NOT TOLD TO ME AND IT DID NOT GO TOWARDS MY BILL! I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND OR WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN
They were great in the beginning, friendly and nice . But at the end when I called and told him my tv had a crack ,he basically said “ I never cracked a tv before. Well guess what Charles this was your first I guess. Bad attitude in the end.

Bought a very heavy piano which I needed moved same day. They had the piano in my house within 3 hours of my initial phone call (and for a good price compared to some of the other places I called). Piano was delivered without a scratch and they had to get it up multiple stairs.

Moving from Chicago to Saint Louis was very stressful because I could not book a mover in Saint Louis. I kept getting the all booked and got cancelled on the evening before I had to drive back to drop a uhaul. So dreading the next morning, I called this company on google and left a voicemail. A few minutes later, they called and empathized with my situation and were over at my location to offload my uhaul within two hours of my phone call!
