If I could do no stars I would.. I honestly hate to say bad things.. Me and My husband are hard working people and medical student.. first complaint was my husband was there at the start of the move which they were 30 minutes almost 40 minutes late I left nursing school to come and watch them finish up loading which took them three and a half hours to where I had to just rush them through made me feel taken advantage of its never taken three and a half hours to load my things second problem they were very…

We only needed a cabinet pulled into 2 parts and moved 20 minutes away. Not only were they a hr late (without calling and would not answer phones to inform us of this), but they quoted me $319 for the drive and 2 hr minimum, but charged us $419.... They charged us for the hr THEY were late. The only reason this isn't a one star is because the cabinet wasn't damaged

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any company. My move was scheduled yesterday at noon, and they showed up an entire HOUR late!! Again. We scheduled for 12pm. I called 10 minutes before noon to let them know I was at my storage unit, and was told they would arrive in 15 minutes. I called again at 12:30 and was told it would be another 20 minutes. They didn't get there until 1:10ish and started packing at 1:15pm.

The workers did a great job, but they are very deceiving. They tell you that it’s 140 an hour you ask how long do you think it’ll take they give you a quote, but then after the job is done try to tack on a bunch of other unmentioned fees. They never told me anything about gas, they never said anything about a service fee, all they said was a minimum of 140 an hour. I appreciate the $70 discount. But, I still paid double what I was expecting.

I am not really sure how this company has as good of reviews as it does. This was not my experience. Maybe because of the high volume of demand I got the D squad? First off, I was promised 3 movers, and I only got 2. And this difference in between rates for 3 vs 2 men did not seem fair, and definitely not in my favor. And the movers moved so slow.

First I would like to point out that they were 7 hours late. Had 3 movers scheduled for 8am did not show up until 3pm and only showed up with 2 movers and not the 3 that was agreed upon. Did not receive any compensation for inconvenience they caused. Would even ignore my calls when I would try to get an arrival time. Then when i would get a hold of them it kept getting pushed back with excuse after excuse. We ended up taking 6 pick up truck loads of boxes to the other home before they arrived.

I don’t leave reviews but my experience was so bad I needed to. Will not use again, they were four hours late and i had to call them. They did not call me to tell me how far they were out, and i had to keep calling to get a status.after they rescheduled me and moved my time multiple times without ever notifying me. Was not professional, put me on hold and then did not ever answer when they no showed me at our original time. Their “a little late” was three hours later.

MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR DETAILS OF ALL CHARGES YOU WILL BE CHARGED, UP FRONT!!!! GAS, MATERIALS, HOURLY and MINIMUM RATE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE $140/hr QUOTE HE IS GOING TO GIVE YOU. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! Heres what I was told yesterday; “We charge $140/hr, with a minimum charge of $480. Would you like to schedule?” Here’s what we were charged today, “Minimum service charge $140, $140 hourly rate x 3.5 hrs, materials charge and gas charge.” The total went from $480 or $140/hr, whichever is the larger rate…
