The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
I've used Kevin and crew 2 times in the last 2 years and because of their extraordinary service vowed to always use them. HOWEVER, I made an appointment this time they were no show no call no answer. I'm over 60 and desperately needed their assistance. Can't understand sorely disappointed. Rented a truck for nothing.
I used this company twice. First time with excellent service via U Haul. Second time through a direct booking on their website, no show with zero contact. I guess it is hit or miss.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I called Stronger Helper the day I needed help unloading our UHaul. My husband had pulled his back, so we were needing help ASAP!!! The guy who answered my call was very helpful and called back within minutes with an estimate and details of the arrival time of a team of helpers. He kept me updated through text and calling which I appreciated. A team of two men arrived at the appointed time. Martin and Henry were wonderful workers and very easy to instruct about where I wanted things to go.
My husband and I used Stronger Helper during our recent move. Kevin and his team of 3 total people completely knocked it out of the park. They were super fast and efficient. The truck was packed full, I’m not even sure how they got all our stuff in there! They helped us load and unload at the new location. All the men were polite and careful with our items. I will 100% use this company again in the future and recommend to others who are also in the middle of a move. Thanks guys! :)
I have use Stronger Helper twice for my move and in both Kevin and his team were outstanding. They packed our things with care and with skill. They were able to fit all out things in the truck perfectly and within reasonable time. They also unloaded within reason time and were communicative, they listened and we never had any issues from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I would give them 7 stars out of 5!!! They were amazing and such hard workers. Hired them just to unload but I wish I had also hired them to load too! They hustled and got my 20' truck unloaded in 2 hours with 2 flights od stairs. I'd hired them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!
