The first sign I should have gone elsewhere was when I reserved a unit, then was told the day before move in that it had accidentally been rented to someone else. I used the unit for one month of storage, paying a ridiculous amount, and emptied the unit on June 29th. You would think that would mean you don’t pay July. Wrong. They’re charging me for July AND adding late fees. They’re now threatening to sell it to auction, but there’s nothing in it.

Not impressed. I requested a drive up, exterior unit. First months rent was not free as shown on line, I ended up spending 45 mins looking for the unit, only to find it was inside & the rent was $149 a month. Not at all what I wanted. The lighting inside is awful. If I didn’t have a truck load of things, friends with me to unload, I would have never unloaded the truck. Not happy in the least.

Nice place. Liked the fact that I could do climate control. However, upon leaving and having my stuff moved out they do not pro rate it. LOVE HOW I GET A RESPONSE AND ASK TO EMAIL THEM BUT WHEN I DO I DON'T GET A RESPONSE BACK.

Moving to a smaller unit. Also dropped off my proof of renters insurance and upgraded to keyless entry. *Forgot her name -Brenda, I think? 😿 but the associate at the Robinwood location was SUPER helpful. She patiently waited and helped me through downloading and logging in to the new app. I had a couple of hiccups, but she made sure that I was able to login and use the app before I left. She also gave great instructions on how to open and close the keyless units. Thanks girl! Still owe you that after 5 drink. 😄

It was an easy process to purchase a space! Staff in the office were super nice and helpful.. The only thing I don’t like is there aren’t enough parking spaces at the office , which is no reflection on the staff they don’t control that ..
It was a seamless experience. I was able to sign up online and get access to the unit immediately. The next morning, a representative reached out to introduce themselves and verify everything was going well. I’m very pleased so far
