The worst ever, no one is either there or if there is waiting for manager to take payment. Very unprofessional over the phone. Due to being unprofessional and was told a manger would contact me and patiently waited I never recieved a call which I ended up losing all my personal belongings.

Called my phone with their info blocked like a common scammer and woke me up about a bill I owe and I'm not even a customer. Then I have to go through an automated menu just to talk to someone - remember they called me - to get a woman who told me it's not her fault, it's the computer's fault. She mouthed off and got smart with me. Now I see reviews saying they harass people and are infested with mice. We actually needed storage so I'm glad they randomly called and mouthed of because now I know where to not go.

All my bedroom furniture was chewed on by mice. The top of my nightstand had mouse urine all over it and pieces of dead bugs. I had to throw my felt storage cube away because it was covered in mouse urine and no way to get it out. I put …
