Bought a service for a friend as a gift, they had Madison for sugaring and had an absolutely horrible experience. She was so rude and unprofessional. Made her feel so uncomfortable. Will not be recommending Sugaring NYC West Babylon that’s for sure.

From the very beginning, she was warm, reassuring, and confident she immediately put me at ease. Her technique was fast, precise, and surprisingly gentle, and she explained everything in a way that made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING A REFUND 4 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT IT. IT WAS A GIFT TO MY WIFE WHO SAYS SHE DOES NOT NEED IT. REFUND POLICY WAS NOT BROUGHT UP AT THE TIME. Update ; I got a call today and the problem is solved. They did do a good job. Just a minor communication problem. I should’ve waited another day or two. Try them out
