The movers didn’t show up. I have my signed agreement and text chain confirming the time (9:00) and date. He tried to blame it on me at first until I reminded him I signed the contract 3.5 weeks prior and had a copy of the contract. Then he apologized, admitted it was his fault, that guys would be there before 11:30, and said he’d call me back in 10 minutes with info about if they could come earlier. No call back. I texted again about another hour later. No response.
Hey Colby, we can't apologize enough for this mistake. We definitely did not try to make it seem as if we were blaming you whatsoever, unfortunately mistakes do happen and there was a miscommunication on my end when finalizing the booking of this move.
Very unprofessional. I tried calling multiple times and its impossible to get ahold of them. No one answers the phone or calls me back I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

I can’t recommend this moving company highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and completely stress-free. The crew showed up right on time, worked incredibly hard, and handled all of my belongings with so much care and respect. They were efficient without ever making me feel like they were rushing, and they took the time to carefully wrap and protect my furniture. Not a single item was damaged, and they treated my home as if it were their own.

If you're not aware, for interstate moves, almost all movers will not actually go from point A to point B.
