I called stating I had them move my computer and monitor and when I unpacked a week later I still cannot find any of my work equipment. The operations manager Tim answered stating that he will look into it and to give him until Saturday. Once we got off the phone Tim called back and stated he knows for a fact that they cleared the truck. It is untrue because again my work computer is missing. I asked is there anything that can be done. He stated no. Very bad customer service. I will never lie.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Avoid them like the plague. My wife was quoted $250 and paid the $100 deposit. Then, she received another call saying it would actually be $500. She said no way and asked for a refund of the $100. We are still waiting. It’s been a week. UPDATE: refund has been approved and will take 10 days from today, according to them. We were first told the refund would only take 3 business days. Very frustrating.

I explained to the company the condition of my home and was never asked for pictures or additional information. When the movers came out, they stated they would not do the move and kept my $100 deposit. I believe this is a error on their part and recommend others consider other moving companies based on my experience.

Jose and Marcus were terrific. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend. Handled the move with a lot of care. Fantastic service! Highly efficient and great service. I called around and got several quotes and Sunrise was beyond reasonable and highly communicative. I would def use them again and recommend them to others. They will disassemble furniture and put it back together. I booked them for 6 hours and they were done in 4.5 hours. Don't use the other guys that are charging way too much!
