Super Moving Bros.

What a nightmare. My experience with Super Moving Bros of Colorado Springs was full of damaged and missing items, their lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessionalism. Super Moving Bros of Colorado Springs damaged my property with impunity. When I communicated with Alex (owner/manager) about the damage, he responded that since his customers were liars or dishonest he must protect his company from them.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, SUPER DISAPPOINTING, SUPER SHADY. I hired Super Moving Bros because they claimed they were professionals but not the case! I was shocked when one of the workers was going through a box of my baseball card collection, pulling the invidual cards out of their protective box to read off the names with his dirty working hands without my consent and in front of his crew ( all Team Leads) who said NOTHING!! I called Erica and she had Alex call me.

I mean, they did the move quickly? They crammed all of my stuff in 17’ of a trailer. They then blamed it on the truck when I called to tell them how much of my stuff is damaged. The truck didn’t shove my moving blankets in a big wad in the center of the actual PILE of my stuff. We didn’t give them any time limit, or space it in the truck. We asked them to do their best with it, and said if we had to use more space, it was totally fine. The photos can speak for themselves.

I have used this company 4 times. The workers were great every time. The problem is Alex (the owner/manager). In the last move, the crew dropped my daughter's vanity. The team leader, Jay, said it was his guy's fault and accepted responsibility. The moving continued on. At the end, Jay handed me the phone to speak with Alex. I advised him we had gone online and purchased a new one exactly the same and could provide a receipt if needed for the claim.

Serious safety concern! I hired this company for a move to a storage facility. While one crew member was professional, I had a deeply disturbing experience with another. At the end of the job, after I had already paid in full, the lead worker told me that one of the other movers wanted "sexual payment" in addition to the money. I was alone with these men at a quiet storage facility. This was not a joke - it was a clear solicitation. I felt unsafe and left immediately.

At first I was impressed with the speed at which Matt and Brandon packed my stuff in the moving trailer. But upon seeing the condition of some of my boxes and storage tubs, I realized that the reason they were done so fast was because they stuffed everything in without regard for my belongings. Multiple crushed, broken tubs, heavy items stacked on top of a box CLEARLY marked fragile...which resulted in the breakage of two valued glass lampshades!

Great communication and friendly crew, however did load all furniture requested (and paid for an extra hour so had plenty of time) and didn't load the truck properly. I paid extra for them as we'd had great success with them a few years ago, however this time around it was a complete waste of time and money. Everything they loaded into our moving truck had to be unloaded and then reloaded the next day as it wasn't loaded properly or safely but they claim to be professionally trained.

Didn’t load the whole house up, tons of fully taped up boxes left. I pointed it out before we went to the new house and they said the truck was packed too full. They did a walk through of the house before loading, but didn’t pack well enough for everything to be loaded. I called the owner, Alex and he just blamed me and interrupted me repeatedly. I didn’t even ask for a refund or anything. I also asked for a receipt and they refused.
