In their own words
They moved us from Arizona to south Dakota. Everything except two small pieces were damaged. Some were gouged, others scratched and a few were broken. We originally scheduled this with United Van Lines and they subcontracted to Superior. We would never ever trust them with even a box. Subsequent to the move they never responded to our concerns.
Ronald, we are sorry to hear you had that experience. We are actually located in Kansas City, MO and haven’t serviced any moves in the areas you described. I think you might be looking for a different company.
07/10/2020 Update: Well, this was a five star on move out day, but it's down to a two on final delivery. We're missing so many screws and furniture hardware, it isn't even funny. What a headache. Where to start - TY, Michael, Lonnie and Ted showed up 5 minutes early, made a sweep of the house, made a game plan, and go to work. They tackled the beast of our piano head-on, and knocked it out as the first thing. They took great care in protecting my floors, walls, and doorways.
They came to make a quote but no response after that! They didnt reply my email and phone, and just hang up the phone when I called. If they are not able to provide the service, they should let me know what it is going on. Not professional!

It was a horrible experience I was already stressed and they rushed me so fast ...broke things and didn't want to take responsibility for the payout...I told them were to put boxes they didn't listen...they put my dressers upside down ,they didn't even stack box when they brought my stuff n.. I could barely get n my front door when they where done ..put grass stains on my brand new couch and torn the seams and said it was due to wear...
Ex Superior Moving and storage driver. They dont follow dot regulations as far as drug testing employees. They had one driver who was high on pcp go under a bridge to short for the truck and wrecked it. Lots of employee relations like the dispatcher bruce sleeping with the helpers. I left for fedex after realizing they will get shut down soon. The majority of the workers are either high on marijuana or cocaine even while performing move jobs.
We used this company to move and I would not recommend them. They failed to offer the repair and replace insurance, but did offer $.60 per pound for damages. They damaged our dryer and ruined a table, that came to $168.00 restitution. Somewhere in this process they managed to turn about a half dozen boxes upside down, that made unpacking interesting. For the money they request for a move, their service comes pitifully short.

I highly recommend Superior Moving. From start (getting a bid) to finish (loading up one day, overnight storage, then unloading the next day) they were far more professional, organized, fast and careful than any other company I have previously used. The guys were courteous, personable, friendly and very helpful. They barely stopped the entire day except for a quick lunch.
We used Superior for our corporate move. We had an amazing experience with Brett. He was very knowledgeable at determining your moving needs. Everyone was very helpful as well in the process. All packing supplies and equipment were delivered on time. Packers were very efficient and worked well with my staff. On time and courteous. The movers the next day were just as efficient and did not waste anytime getting busy. Again, Superior made our move effortless and so easy! I would highly recommend!

I was planning a move to include storage. As you can imagine, I was very nervous about placing my items in a moving companies care. With all the horror stories about moving companies, it didn't set well with me. I called a few movers, and received numerous estimates. What stuck out the most to me, and made a lot of business sense was the following: Superior Moving and Storage estimator Luis was extremely professional and answered all of my questions and concerns.
