In their own words
Prior to inspecting all my belongings to be moved they immediately insisted on a large increase in space needed and proceeded to pack accordingly. Obvious that target price was the objective. Upon delivery 32 days later with the same size vehicle, more space was available in the same size vehicle and that is in spite of another household's belongs being behind mine. My belongings were unloaded but not unpacked upon delivery. There were damaged goods and missing belongings for which a claim is being made.
Absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever encountered. They are rude and lie about delivery. The person from the warehouse is nasty and a con artist. They tripled my moving cost after I told them everything I had and then tried to not deliver my furniture because I had a cashier's check. I will NEVER use this company again for moving and you all should be aware of this company as they nickel and dime you and then do not uphold their end of the contract. THE WORST!!!!!
If I could rate them -0 I would. Shipping company delays my shipment by a month. Moving from Ohio to Virginia. Was given estimated of 1 week, then shipment has taken 4 weeks without receipt. Never got my receipts. Emails on there site bounce back. They are rude. First set of guys were ok. 2nd set of guys were rude and was trying to drop all my belongings and make them break. Never use them again. I will make sure military personnel not to use them for posing.
Shipping company delays my shipment by a month. Moving from Ohio to CA. Was given estimated of 1 week, then shipment has taken 4 weeks without receipt. The firm can't provide a certain date of delivery. When trying to approach, they give you a date and tell you to wait. After few attempts to try calling again, they won't be hesistant in taking phone call. Now my load is still missing without an estimated ETA or whereabouts.
Worst company to do delivery with. I have been trying to contact them since last year after they broke my 85” inches TV,they never returned my calls,trash customer service,unprofessional and they increased the price as soon as they come into your home. I ended up spending way more money than planned with a broken expensive TV. Stay away from this company!

Those guys who helped us move were outstanding. The team was efficient, competent, and courteous. On the day of the relocation, they were accommodating. They did an excellent job keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. Mike was very helpful in scheduling my relocation. Please accept my sincere gratitude.
They handled my outdoor items well, cleaning and wrapping my patio furniture before loading it onto the truck. My barbecue grill was strapped securely, and all its accessories were packed in a labeled box.
This company was amazing. From the first phone call, they reassured me that my move would be in good hands. The team showed up with a large truck and started by measuring door frames and stairs to ensure everything would fit perfectly.
The movers took great care in packing and transporting our belongings. This is not a horrible comment to make. Definitely going to utilize them again and suggest them to others.
