My mom hired this company for a relatively small move from one apartment to another across town. She was quoted for two movers for three hours, but the move ended up taking more than five hours, nearly doubling the expected cost. What is especially concerning is that there was no explanation or warning during the move that it was taking significantly longer than quoted or that the final cost would be so much higher. Given the size and distance of the move, I feel my mom was taken advantage of.
Terrible service, arrived late, didn’t move all. Left opened box, left items in garage, bathroom, backyard. They supposed do the moving in 3 hours and stayed all night, with a horrible, horrible service.

I had a real bad experience with these guys Chris and Bradley they was an hour late they left a lot of stuff in my old home my wife had to make several trips to the minivan to pick up stuff that they left behind ,they took long breaks it took them an hour and a half to get to our new apartment from the other end of town and then I was overcharged for hours they did not work worst company I ever worked with I used to work for two Men and a truck in my younger years and we never treated elderly couples like this…
Movers were very polite but took forever to get things loaded and took many breaks. Wouldn’t recommend or use again. Edit: since I cannot respond to the owners comments- they took longer than 4hrs to load the truck for a two bedroom apartment and they did not finish. We had to come back and drive several hours the following day to finish moving our items our selves. It’s very disappointing to pay around $900 for a service that left much to be desired.

As a person who has moved all of his worldly belongings from one side of the country to the other, multiple times, I can say, unreservedly, that T & T Moving and Packing is unequivocally the most professional, punctual, thorough, thoughtful, careful and courteous business I have ever found. Period. The bottom line is this: I want all my stuff (we're talkin' 100%) to arrive at my new domicile in PERFECT condition. Is that too much to ask? Not for these folks!

I’ve moved several times before, and this was by far the easiest experience. The movers were punctual, organized, and treated my belongings like their own. They wrapped fragile items securely and double-checked that everything was placed exactly where I wanted in my new home. The whole process felt efficient yet careful, which is a rare combination. Great customer service!!! Top notch movers! Extremely polite and proficient did extra for us because we couldn't do ourselves. Did not mind staying late to make sure our safety was their top priority due to it being dark. Also they were very clean and kept hands clean so no smudges on boxes. Stacked everything perfectly.!!!! Definitely recommend
