If you do not want to loose your items, have your furniture or expensive display decor items broken please do not use this company. They will take all your money, no way to file any claims, keep on adding costs whenever whoever feels. Never ever going to advise anyone to use this company. The delivery driver literally threatened us saying pay money in full and then you get to see your items. I asked what if anything is damaged he straight away said not my responsibility!

1 star is only because unfortunately you can’t put 0 stars. Trusted this company with moving into my 1st home and they ruined the experience for me. Broke multiple items in my home during the move. One of the workers was clearly intoxicated by an unknown alcoholic beverage and dropped my television, not only damaging the screen but the pixels inside. Snapped my bar room rack in half instead of wheeling it out on a dolly and caused the wood to be damage and split.

This has been a nightmare experience I don't even know where to begin. I booked with a deposit for a small move on July 3rd 9am and no one ended up coming to move after MULTIPLE CALLS where they promised "someone will come get you" "A truck is on its way" this is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company and I advise ALL to stay away. Literally wasted my day off because these guys seem like they don't know what is going on over there.

Let me start by saying the booking process and Sara in particular were great. Unfortunately the moving process went downhill from there. There were several issues with my move: 1) hired 4 movers, only 3 showed up due to miscommunication 2) one didn't wear a mask despite rules in my building 3) two of the employees argued repeatedly throughout the move about where to put things, how to assemble.

If I can rate less than one, I would! Very disappointed with this company and it’s service. My boyfriend and I, did move to Florida almost a month now, and we haven’t receive out stuff. Not to mention that the crew that pick up our stuff in NY was a kind of rude and we had to leave things behind. After conversations with one of the owners (Michael), they agreed to charge $2,400.00. My boyfriend paid the half with the commitment to pay the other half at the delivery in Florida.

Let me start off by asking how did anyone give them 5 stars , me and my husband called this company for a quote and said we’d call back then we decided to finalize with another company which had better rates, then tdy called me back and asked why did we go with the other company and that they could match the price of the other company.

It’s been over a month since my move date and I’m still frustrated by my experience so I’m writing a review. I was moving less than 2 miles and they couldn’t get the job done in the allotted time. I was told they would send their 2 best guys. One didn’t know how to disassemble a platform bed, and then couldn’t remember how to reassemble. I had to do it myself afterward. They were friendly but talked way too much and it became a rush to move just 6 large items.

TDY is essentially what you would expect from a moving company exempt they are twice as expensive. I moved from New York to San Francisco and its wasn't a pleasurable experience. They contract out, out of state moves so the people delivering my stuff didn't actually work for TDY. They showed up late and delivered one of my items to a previous customer and offered to pay me to pick up myself, 2h away from where I lived. TDY themselves are reasonable.
