I called,no answer ,left message. Finally I texted. Got a text back asking how they could help. We are moving from another state and I had questions. They never answered the questions through the text. I asked for a call back because I had a difficult situation and needed to actually speak to someone. Never got a call back or a text. Don't waste your time find somebody else.
If it would let me, I would give no stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They texted us less than an hour before they were scheduled to come. Then they cancelled (through text) and refused to speak to us by phone. We were left with no mover even though we had already paid and extended the U-Haul truck (at our own expense). Then we had to pay different movers which meant that we were paying double the amount since this company had already been contracted and paid.
Never showed up to move my belongings despite making the appointment in person. Woman who handles phone calls has the poorest saddest and uncomfortable customer service skills. Do not recommend !
I was recommended this company by friends who used them. I messaged them and reserved a time and day. I communicated to them via text I needed them to come an hr earlier if possible. No response. I messaged sev more times with no response. On the day of the move my time slot came and went with no movers. I called the number and the phone was disconnected. I called company number and it was already reassigned to someone else.

Tetris Team Moving Company loaded our U-Haul truck with boxes and large pieces of furniture from our second-story bedroom. They did an outstanding job moving everything and loading the truck. Everything was properly loaded and secured to prevent any movement for our 750 mile move. They arrived on time, were highly professional, and were fast and efficient. They made it look effortless and were finished in just under an hour. I would definitely hire Tetris again!
We were so impressed with Tetris Team! We shipped our household here via ABF UPack, and hired Tetris Team for our unload. Ashley was a pleasure to communicate with over the phone. We had a four man team (Darius, Kevin, Anthony, and Justin) and they were amazing! They were careful to protect our doorways, walls, stairs, etc. Reassembled our furniture, hooked up the washer and dryer, etc. This was a big job...two 28-foot trailers packed full...and it was a brutally hot day.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tetris Team Moving Company! They moved my belongings from my one bedroom apartment into a storage unit and did so fast and efficiently. They fit all of my stuff into the Uhaul perfectly and had all of the materials needed to protect my furniture and make the process go smoothly. I had to change my storage location at the last minute, but they were able to easily accommodate the change. They were on time and very friendly.
Completely satisfied with Tetris. My move was scheduled for 10am and 1 mover named Blue was at my door at 9:40am and began loading. The owner, Darius, showed up to check with me to ensure the service was going well. He even helped complete the load with the team and helped on the unload. The entire move was done in 1 hour and 20 mins and they were extremely careful with my property. If you want your move done correctly, on time and efficiently, call Tetris Team.
