The worst experience I’ve had in my entire life with a moving company. More broken items in my many many moves in and around Arizona. This company hires very young inexperienced guys who no NOTHING AT ALL about moving, organizing, and packing for effective moves. I believe the owner tell the young guys to stretch time out, take there time so the company can charge and make more money!!! I will NEVER hire them again and want you to think before hiring them.
Aww Mary so sorry that this how you feel ! It’s been since June … 4 months ago second timed we moved her! We actually gave her the 2 man that helped her previously! In addition we waved the truck charge on her move the second saving her $75 right off the bat !
We have had many experiences moving in and around Arizona, as well as multiple states around the country. We had everything carefully packed and ready to load. Lots of boxes marked fragile, valuable artwork, and some heavy furniture, including a piano. The three guys that showed up were not what I would expect at the rate of $225/hour. The strongest looked like a JV football player, the youngest was maybe a freshman in high school. The leader of the three didn’t know how to operate the lift on the truck.
Thank you :) you and I both know how rude you were to my team and i. My brother jorge one of the so called pipsqueks and one of the owners of this company was beyond offended with as you can clearly see here belittling remarks and extremelyrude attitude!
***In response to the owner's comments, which are at least as disturbing... The original email quote; " "we are looking at $3000.00 I believe the smartest way to do this would be to put mond (typo mom's) stuff on the truck as well" ". This was the agreed amount, which I paid in full. Correct, I did originally rave about the movers, BUT that was clearly before we discovered just what a terrible job they did. Why should I need to replace a TV? The TV was in perfect condition.
Hey everyone Christopher here owner of thanks for the help. Very unfortunate. In our emails he raves about how amazing the guys were. Little back story David was moving and so was his mother. Seprate moves. Each move was resulting in over $3000 each.
DO YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY from the sleaziest company I have had the misfortune to Hire. The owner, Christopher will come at you with a grin and a handshake, but if his " insured " movers break something, that handshake turns into his middle finger. His movers, are not professionals, just able to lift heavy things. They chipped the paint off of both sides of my safe and broke an antique mirror, right in front of me and Christopher's immediate response was " I'm not responsible".
Awww how sad Mr. Moss resort to lies :) I can share our text messages on all of these platforms. Still more then happy to work this out with you. I was hung up while trying to resolve the matter . Yes we broke an important iteam to this family ...
Terrible experience. Owner extremely rude. Not communicative. Didn't return calls, told me there were overwhelmed then refused service. They need to get a secretary or something to handle customer service.
We are booked out till November 23rd and offered to come today November 2. 2021after our guys finished the jobs already booked for the day! Something we try to do to squeeze people! Which we are more then happy to do. We notified Eric our guys will reach out before they head over.
Nice people but really expensive. $600 to remove less than half a trail worth of mostly bagged landscaping debris. Not inline with their posted rates which I just saw online..... live and learn.
Hey there :) this is Christopher Nimtz the owner 😀 When we quote our disposals everyone including Craig has the option to say no thank you! Our quote was well over $700 And took more then half a trailer after jumping on it all to compact it 😳 after we dropped the price to 600 and Craig paying us…

Excellent job! I wasn't too sure about hiring these guys, but the price was half of what the big movers charge, so I went for it and am very pleased! They were on time, efficient, friendly and honest: no standing around trying to bring up their per hour fee, no ridiculous truck charges, no charges for their return trip to the base. I paid and they drove off and then suddenly returned to bring my money back, telling me I paid them too much! How often does this happen?

* Best prices. * Highly recommended. * They did 2 big moves for me from Sedona to Tucson, October and March. Move #2 was because I'd left many items behind to stage the house for selling. * They moved my entire 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story house plus studio apartment, garage and outdoor furniture. * They went out of their way to work with my changing schedule on both moves. * Really hard workers, fast, careful, friendly and cheerful.
