The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |

| 5 star | 8 | 88.9% | |

| 1 star | 1 | 11.1% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
A huge THANK YOU to GOAT Movers and the awesome team that assisted us with our move over the weekend. Landon and his team were amazing. They showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently, and even finished by 3pm. There was no damage, they took precautions throughout the day to protect our belongings, and they were very polite and accommodating. We will definitely be booking your crew for our move into our new home one year from now. In appreciation, Jeff & Veronica Goldhorn
Thank you Mr. Goldhorn for the opportunity to move you and your family and our 1st review on Google! We look forward to assisting you on your next move!
I recently hired them and had an excellent experience with their team of movers: Said, Aibar, Nick, and Robert. These four movers worked exceptionally well together as a team, demonstrating great efficiency and coordination. They were quick and diligent in handling our belongings, paying close attention to our concerns about moving certain items. Their professionalism and care made the moving process much smoother than I anticipated. A couple of days later, I hired the company for the second time.
Super friendly. And soooooo reasonable and affordable!!!! I only really needed an hour as it was just a one bedroom and everything was mainly packed. The owner Corbin is suuuuuuuper professional and personable at the same time. I’ll definitely be calling them when it’s time to move things out of storage. Thank you again!
Goat is extremely professional, caring, and a delight to work with. We hired them after another Austin company let us extremely disappointed. Can’t name them, filing insurance claims. I would highly recommend GOAT! Best of luck Goat! We will be using you again to move our daughter.
