ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! From start to finish it was a DISASTER. Their communication was terrible. The driver said he would be there 2 separate times, NEVER SHOWED up, and called me hours later saying that he was not even in the same state. Alex, the owner, said he would call me back many times throughout the process and he never returned my call, NOT ONCE. I had to call back time after time to ask when they were picking my stuff up. Then they apparently farmed my job out to a completely separate company.

Do not use this company. While I was initially quoted $480 for a 1BR, 3-hour move (2 movers, 1 truck), the final charge came to $1,080 (excluding $190 tip) after the job unexpectedly extended to nearly 9 hours. I had communicated in advance about the lack of reserved parking and elevators at both locations, and this significant overrun was unexpectedly more than double the quote cost and time. Several items were also damaged or missing, causing both material and sentimental loss.

I contacted this company to request a quote for a 9 mile move. I spoke with Jason (their rep) and explained all of the furniture that I needed to have moved out of my 3/2 apartment and into the new 2/2 apartment. I informed that I was on a set budget and a hard stop was enforced for the 3 hrs. The day of the move the company sent two gentlemen that were not fit physically to perform the job. One gentleman kept saying to protect my tv's and mirror was extra yet had the protective packaging on the truck.
Dear Nicole, your crew worked hard to complete your move, and carefully to ensure all was done well, but you surely must understand that it is a paid service. We can deliver items to the 3rd floor by stairs -- at the same hourly rate. Beyond that, there will be an extra charge.
Do not use these people for your move, they destroyed my furniture they destroyed my chest. & TV Console, and broke my Trundle from my daybed they did not compensate me for it. Alex Just wanted to replace my TV console with something used I was so busy with everything that I didn’t take them to small claims court which I still can. You think you have insurance through these movers but think again.

COUNT ALL YOUR BOXES!!! I originally had a great experience with them moving from my apartment to storage. However, upon removing my items from storage I realized there were a couple boxes missing. My wardrobe box, my shoe box and a box with kitchen gadgets. Three is no way three large boxes were forgotten on the side, in the unit or accidentally left in the moving truck. I believe they were purposefully kept, perhaps with intensions to sell the items as a side hustle.

First off they don’t give correct pricing then when the mover guy came he told me what he was taking and what he wasn’t taking I called the owner of the company to let him know that I would need my deposit back because his movers didn’t want to move everything he told me he would send it back never did so I called him back and he kept hanging up in my face still haven’t received my money back this service is so trash and unprofessional I will never recommend this company

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THE CREW DAMAGED BOTH BEDROOM SETS, LOST OUR DAUGHTER’S STROLLER AND BROKE OUR TV STAND! THEN, ON TOP OF THAT, THE DRIVER PUSHED ALL THE BROKEN GLASS INTO OUR LAWN. ADDITIONALLY ONE OF THE CREW WAS NOT WEARING A MASK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MOVE. WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT INSURANCE/REIMBURSEMENT WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. AT THE END OF THE DAY WAS GIVEN ONLY A $50 REFUND! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-STAY AWAY!!!!!

You do false advertisement, the person who takes the calls doesn’t even know what your services are. Don’t answer back with attitude. You should hire professionals people to answer the calls

I called them and they booked a picking up for the next day early morning which was great. The workers were on time and they called me to let me know they were here which was excellent. I also requested for the storage service with this company. At the moment of payment the worker tried to charged me $384 in wrapping/protector paper and tape for one big couch, one chair with a foot rest, and one skinny table. He told me it was because it was a very expensive furniture. They did a great job wrapping it.

My experience with this company today is beyond awesome! Today I called five (5) local moving companies, Yes, I called five. The Miami Movers from 1910 NE 187th Drive, was the fifth one, but the only one with, get this; 1) THE BEST RATE, 2) CUSTOMER SERVICE A+. Daria, the person I first spoke with, she came through for me today; and 3) TIME (Available today). Oh my goodness, they were on time. Initially my appointment was at 3:00 pm but Sam called alittle after 1:00 pm and said He can do the move by 2:00 pm.
