I had a very disappointing experience with The Movers LLC. Christian and his crew arrived over 30 minutes late in a rented truck and immediately began complaining about how difficult the job was. Despite having been sent photos ahead of time, they were completely unprepared. Halfway through the move—right after I bought them lunch—they pressured me for a $50–$100 cash tip per mover, saying it was “expected,” even though the job was far from finished.

Beware! My money was stolen (2000$) I discovered it 2days after the move. When I brought it to David’s notice, the responses I got were 1- if you leave your bag at a mall it’s bound to get stolen:( 2- you should have told me on the same day, not now 3- if I start giving money back to every case like this, I will be out of business 4- I have worked with my boys for longtime, they cannot do this I happened to leave my bag in my closet (that was not a part of the move) but they had opened the closed moved stuff from…
We hired them to pack our belongings and load them on our moving truck. The crew they sent was great. They worked hard and fast and were careful and respectful with our belongings. The reason for the low review is that the estimate was so incredibly bad, we paid almost double what they quoted us (quoted $800-900 including all materials, ended up paying over $1500). And that was with me and another person packing a bunch of stuff ourselves and helping load the truck the entire time they were there.
These people buckle and dime you!! Don’t believe the hype!! Get several quotes before going with them and then they put HEAVY furniture on top of light objects!! They broke an irreplaceable chair and desk and haven’t responded to my calls or emails!! I would not advise that anyone use this “so called” moving company unless they want unprofessional people who don’t answer calls and don’t uphold to contracts!!

Me and my husband order there service and we had a pair of brand new Jordan and my son brand new Nintendo switch was missing I contacted them and told them about the missing she stated that she would contact me and I did not receive a call back about my miss item or a possible solution about the missing item so I would not recommend them at all

Left my couch outside didn’t finish the job and complained that they weren’t able to bring the couch up but I was able to do it with a friend

In their own words
This was the best moving experience I have ever had! We had a team of three: Manny, Armando, and Alejandro who were the absolute best. Importantly, the team arrived on time and immediately got started. They moved quickly and carefully to protect all our items, assemble/ disassemble furniture, and transport them safely. They went above and beyond in comparison to past experiences with other companies—asking where we wanted our rugs or furniture placed and even moving the items around again when we changed our mind.
Superb. From my first phone contact with Valeria, to David, the manager, and Brian, the on-site lead mover, I could not have asked for a more helpful, professional team on every level. On moving day, they were prompt, efficient, and courteous. I do suggest customers be more thorough in describing all they have to move. I underestimated how large our move was and a bigger truck would have been better. Special thanks to David and Brian for still making it a very smooth relocation and all at a reasonable price.
Manny, Armando and Michael were incredible. Manny was a great leader, very communicative and they worked super efficiently as a team. They took extra care with all of our items and we didn't experience any crazy extra charges for materials used which we we were nervous of based on past experiences with other companies. With past movers, my husband has felt very obligated to help. When Manny arrived we asked how we could help, if we could funnel items to them, etc.
I cannot say enough good things about The Movers! They recently helped move my mother out of a 2,300 square foot apartment, and they were hands down the best movers I have ever used. Not only did they handle the move itself, but they also helped with a lot of the packing, which made an overwhelming process so much easier. What impressed me most was their work ethic. They worked just as hard during hour 12 as they did during hour 1, which honestly amazed me.
