Although they communicated the issue promptly, repeated delays in the planned time for service (from 2 PM to 4 PM to 7 PM) resulted in our canceling their help to load our 26' truck with our largest furniture items. If relatives hadn't become available, my wife and I couldn't have done it ourselves. This is a small company that only has a few crews so if something delays or extends work on another job, your move may be effected. Always have a plan "B".
We apologize for not being able to provide you with service. Communication is paramount with respect to our company delivering the best results to clients. As a smaller company, we appreciate your feedback! This helps us to fine tune and continue to be successful.

Outstanding move from start to finish. Billy and his team of Jen, Timmy, Jesse and Jack executed our best move ever. We moved over a dozen times during a 27 year military career and these guys are the best!! They all work hard and they work smart and quick. The office staff (Jen) was professional, courteous and delightful to work with from setting up the move and proving good clear communications form start to finish. She arrived on site to pitch in with packing and loading. The entire experience was awesome.

We had to make a move across state lines. After calling around for quotes, The Moving Company offered a very fair and reasonable price. From start to finish, it was the easiest move we've ever had (and we have moved around A LOT.) Everything went so smoothly. Communication was great. Billy and his team work hard, but they also know how to keep everything fun and light-hearted. These are really good guys to work with!! I encourage anyone who is moving in or out of the Hampton Roads area to give them a call.

First let me say Jesse and Tim you two are the best; thank you for a phenomenal experience with the tedious and taxing task of moving. After arriving these polite and professional gentleman asked what my plan of action was, took instructions, and executed it all to perfection. My move although inter-city consisted of loading and unloading; disassembly and assembly of furniture from two stops, my apartment and my storage unit. If this wasn’t enough, it was one of the hottest days of the summer.

You know sometimes you receive service that is so incredibly awesome that you can't wait to write a positive review? This is one of those occasions. In my 25 years of marriage, my wife and I have moved residences a total of 7 times just in our time together. The Moving Company is, hands down, THE best moving company we've ever worked with.
