The movers were nice, but Mike (manager) made promises of a discount on the commute that he did not follow through on, as well as ignoring our calls when we found 3 pieces of damaged furniture and missing exercise equipment following the move. Our paperwork was signed already so he ignored us after this point. Would not recommend.
I was referred to this company from family members who have used them in the past. I basically just needed a dresser moved and a couch that was supposed to go to my friend. The couch was very heavy and in a spare room, which is why I hired professionals. It took them a hour and a half to move it, while complaining, and swearing. They even asked for my assistance. $175 to move a couch to the curb and my house is a mess! They banged up a doorway pretty badly.
Well, Mike who I assume is the owner seems very professional on the phone, however the guys showed up and reeked of pot and were obviously smoking pot in the truck. the one guy didn’t want to work at all and ended up leaving. What I hire again? Absolutely not
I would never use these guys again! Total scammers! They say there’s a two hour minimum, but they don’t tell you they charge you extra for drive time, not right! If I could give you zero stars, I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reviews are wonderful because people can relate their experience and even though we don’t reply to all, this review mandates a response. As our reviews clearly show, we always try to go above and beyond for all of our customers. This customer called on May 30 needing an emergency move on June 1st.
Mike kept me waiting for 3 hours, with no call to say he would be late.I called 3 times, he finally returned call. Communication was terrible, for what he charges he should do better. I Will not hire again
Worst moving service. So much of my jewelry and women apparel disappeared. Were in my room in a box, only of few were left. The best pieces were gone.

This is the 3rd time my husband has used Moving Doctors. Joshua,DJ(?) and Ken worked fast and carefully. They were respectful, friendly and professional. Can't believe how they made it a stress free experience. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed with this company, especially if you get the 3 guys we had. Thanks again guys!!!
I cannot say enough amazing things!!! I want to start by mentioning my fish tank was accidentally cracked on the drive over. Not a huge deal, I can just buy another one. Nope, these guys went out of their way to get me a new tank. I couldn’t believe the phenomenal customer service!!! They were right on time and the process was very quick. The guys themselves are very kind too. Overall just a wonderful experience. They even gave me a little rose! I highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you!!! ❤️
The crew of Joshua, Mike and Kenny did a superb job moving our family. Excellent communication and they came in on budget. At the end Mike even did two card tricks for us when they were done. I highly recommend them! Chuck Mondo
I would like to start by saying my move took place during the start of Winter storm Elliott in Western New York on 12/23/22. The Moving Doctors sent me a crack team of masters. These guys lifted solid wood dressers like they were feathers, dozens of boxes, a bedframe, a few mattresses, and plenty of random objects. Everything arrived safely and intact. They were fast, and came prepared with tools to break down things that wouldn't fit certain doorways.
