Not enough ratings
Google carries another listing under this name in Lynchburg. They may be separate branches or duplicate entries for the same business — we cannot tell which, so we publish both: the other listing.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The Piano Guys Are amazing to work with, meticulous and organized. Helped us move a pool table and grand piano between homes, then we called them back and had them move the piano from the basement to the upstairs. Very professional, efficient and highly recommended!
You guys are awesome thank you! Just waiting to move the kitchen sink and then I think we’ll have moved everything lol 😉 …
My go-to guyz for all things Piano. Moving, tuning, purchase or service. They are communicative, reliable and quick.
❤️🎹 …
The Piano Guys, a renowned piano tuning service based in Lynchburg, Virginia, recently moved our cherished baby grand piano from our garage (after our recent move to the area) to our basement. They meticulously reassembled it and cleaned it thoroughly, restoring its pristine condition. A family heirloom for over a century, it now looks and sounds incredible! Jeremiah and his talented team exceeded our expectations so much that we requested his return to our home for tuning.
It has been our pleasure to serve you and bring that beautiful piano back to life to be enjoyed for many years to come.
I bought an upright Hamilton from The Piano Guyz in 2025 and continue to use them for tuning services. From buying to delivery and tuning their prices and service have always been incredible. Nothing but good things to say.
❤️ and you, sir, are a talented musician!!
