This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had moving. Please don’t use this company. You will regret it if you do. I have so much stuff that was damaged. Not put back together properly and not put in the right place.
We hired this so-called company to move a hot tub 50 feet from a one step up back porch to a trailer in the front yard. They were supposed to have 4 men minimum but they only had 3 employees at the time. Well after I drove 50 miles one way, with a trailer I had to borrow from one of my friends, theybshow up with 2 guys and no equipment whatsoever except the little shoulder strap . They said the 3rd guy overslept and was running late.
Hey Jason, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that we don't move hottubs that are housing roaches and standing water. We do ask for all hottubs to be cleaned and dried before moving. Our team lead did send the office a video of the roaches and at that point we decided to step away from the job.

These guys are wonderful! We have moved a few times over the years, these guys are friendly, punctual, efficient, careful. Everything you want in movers of your possessions. They are also a great price for all if this, they are upfront about costs and clear every step of the way. We will be using them again! I highly recommend them!
I would highly recommend This Side Up for anyone in need of movers. Our two movers, Alvin and Kala’i, showed up on time, communicated well throughout the move, showed great care to all of our belongings, and moved everything with ease. The process of booking with This Side Up was also super easy and easy everyone I spoke with was very nice. Again, I would highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again!

I hired This Side up to help with my big move across town. I can’t say enough good things about them. First, Henry was incredibly thorough with trying to have a clear picture of how much was being moved. His quote was about 10% higher than other companies, but his estimate allowed for 7 additional hours,an extra truck, and extra workers.
Unfortunately, I've had several moves in my life and this by far was the best move I've ever had. From the staff that answered the phone (Debbie) who patiently Just listened to the nightmare I had experienced just a day or two before and then talked me through your processes and was extremely reassuring. And she did not tell a lie!! From the time they arrived at my house till the time they left, I could not have been more pleased. My Moving crew consisted of Alvin, Kai and Ty.
