In their own words
Buyer beware with this service. I was quoted one price then charged extra $400 for a tight corner. At no point in time was there a discussion about the range of charges for corners. When questioned about the fact the cost was not disclosed until after the service was completed the company owner became very condescending and rude telling me I didn’t tell him there were tight corners, I am not a piano mover and would assume that as a piano mover one would evaluate the home then discuss possible costs if there were…
Horrible customer service. I live in cul-de-sac and the mover for this company decided to block all traffic and not care. Once he came outside after multiple people were honking he didn’t get asked the way he wanted and smiled at everyone and turned around and went back in the house and refused to move his truck… my daughter was an hour late getting picked up from school because of this jerk

In their own words
They had availability very soon in their schedule to get my large upright piano to me. They were on time, quick, efficient, and very careful. The delivery guys were also very polite and courteous, especially when it came to getting the information they needed like stepping inside before unloading the piano so I could show them where exactly it would go. Price as discussed over the phone so no surprises, although they do appreciate tips. Highly recommend!
Skyler and Evan did a great job. It was tricky getting a treadmill down stairs and around a corner. They had great communication and cooperation skills. Well done gentlemen!
I had a great experience with the Thresher Piano Movers. I had an outrageous bid from another company, and tried Thresher for a second estimate. They were totally reasonably priced! They were also very professional and helpful- they were able to move my piano the next day, which blew me away. The other company had me waiting at least a week. The movers were very friendly and helped me move my furniture around when I realized I needed to reconfigure the room to fit the piano.
I trusted them with a true heirloom. ...a 240+ year old chinabinet, our piano, and a few other extremely heavy items. I was most concerned about the cabinet as it has been in my family "forever." They understood my concerns for a safe move and I couldn't have been more reassured. They are beyond professional and treat the transport of valued and prized possessions as if it were there very own. If you choose anyone else besides these guys, well then, good luck.
