Tim did a great job! He was on time, great with responding and communicating quickly, and friendly and great service. He tuned and deep cleaned a piano we got for free and it sounds so much better now.

I hired Tim to tune a piano that was very out of tune as a gift for family friends, he took his time and did an excellent job and it only took about 2 hours. Tim called back within a couple of hours when I originally called him to set up the appointment. On the appointment day, he messaged before arriving and arrived on time. Tim was very professional, friendly and took his time to get it right, then explained a couple of concerns he found and gave a 1 month warranty on his work.
