3 minutes ago NEW Critical: Professionalism, Quality Stay away from them if you can. Awful service. Every piece of furniture,flooring, walls was scraped and damaged. Not a single piece of furniture was moved in their original shape.

Called and booked well in advance of my move as we knew the date ahead of time and had a one day window in which to move. Even called to confirm and discuss moving supplies. Called again 3 weeks before move to re-confirm and they had no record of my booking. Brent asked if I could do it another day and when I informed him that we couldn't, he said he would see what he could do and would call back in 2-3 hours. 5 hours later, still no call. Thank goodness I was able to book in with Cassidy's Moving in Stittsville.
TLC Moving & Storage regrets what occurred with regard to your request to move. You contacted us in mid-July 2018 for a move in mid-December. Somehow, during this long period of time, your request got misplaced and was never entered into our confirmed moves schedule for December.

They were very careful with our items, and took their time to wrap our furniture while still being efficient with our hours. Ammar was very respectful and always prompt with their time of arrival and general communication. 10/10!
The movers handled everything with great care. Moving day went smoothly from start to finish. Prices were fair and matched the quote exactly. Professional team packed and moved items safely. Good value for quality service. Cliff’s sense of humor makes a stressful day lighter!
I recently hired TLC Moving for my move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided. They came highly recommended by a friend of my mom’s, and now I completely understand why. From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, professional, and ready to get to work. They handled all my belongings with the utmost care—everything was safely carried, and not a single item was damaged.
The TLC team worked hard to pack the contents of my four bedroom home and move it all into their truck. The team was friendly and showed great care handling furniture. Cliff took the time to prepare a large two piece armour so as the pieces were moved, the fasteners would not break off or puncture anything else packed near it. The packing and move were planned in stages over a couple of days and they showed up at the agreed times. There was a coffee table that needed minor repairs to secure the leg joints.
