Horrible experience!!!!! Young man showed up, asked him a couple questions as I was not familiar with this process and he picked his book up and left. Loaded his van up and abandoned the move. Very unprofessional. Put myself and my family …
The men arrived on time at 7AM. Mr Fann demanded the men to back there truck up over the curb and up a hill to the front door.He refused to sign his paperwork regulated and prepared by the state of NC Utititles Commission. That has to sign … More
I called to ask if they could move exercise equipment. The lady immediately said it would be $500 dollars because it's a two hour minimum. I then asked that she google the machine and was told it would now be $800. I spoke with Todd who informed me they sometimes get onsite and if things are too heavy they inform the customer it would be more and if they don't pay the extra money they will leave without moving anything. Sounds like a dirty way to do business.
We do not give out quotes over the phone. We give our rates. Some how this gentleman just could not get it.
These people are horrible with talking to customers. Never been so disrespected in my life DO NOT USE THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE IF YOUR HOUSE OR BELONGINGS MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU!!!!!!!!
I am sorry your not happy with our company. It would be hard to judge someone across the phone of being disqusting . If you even talked to our company. We do not recall your name . Which Karen is the only one that answers the phones.

Just wanted to express that we were so pleased with the move with Todd’s Easy Move! The crew was very professional, polite, efficient and punctual. They did an awesome job and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Dillion, Adam, Andrew and J.R. were the best!!!!!
Todd's Easy Moves moved me from one apartment to the other. They were so careful and curious during the whole move. They arrived at 9am on the dot, which I was super happy with! They made sure to ask before touching anything. They moved everything so quickly and efficiently. Moving the furniture into the new place they allowed me to see furniture in different spots and did so with smiles on their faces. They were super nice and I was happy with the move.

Easiest move ever! I had three guys working with us and loved every minute of it. The young men were very polite and easy going. The leader of the group was the owners son and you could really tell he loved the business and was a great leader for the others. The move was completed in a timely, yet careful manner. They helped re hook up the washer and dryer and other tasks that helped us with the overall move. I don't normally leave 5 star reviews on here, but they were the best.

Todd’s Easy Moves came highly recommended by a friend - and they lived up to our very high expectations! The reservation process was thorough and the rates were reasonable. The movers arrived on-time, and were exceedingly careful with our beloved furniture. The three young guys were very nice and seemed to enjoy working alongside one another, led by the owner’s son - and his commitment to his family’s business was evident. We definitely recommend their services, especially for local moves!
